The purpose for Amendment 0001 is to provide update drawings to this oslicitation Renovate Patient Privacy Phase II. Project Title: Renovate Patient Privacy Phase II Project Number: 656-23-105 NAICS Code: 236220 - Commericial and Institutional Building Contractors / SBA Size Standard: $45M IAW VAAR 836.204 (h) (1), Magnitude of construction is between: $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. Summary Project Description: This project is for the total renovation of the H-zone located on the fourth floor of Byukdubg 143 at the Salem VA Medical Center. Renovated space will provide for upgrade patient privacy by accommodating 20 patient rooms and their corresponding support spaces. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and qualified supervision necessary to perform general construction, alterations, and certain other items as graphically illustrated on the contract drawings, narratively described in the contract spedifications, drawings, and statement of work. This contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part - 15 Contracting by Negotiations. IAW VAAR 819-203-70 established public law, all bidders are required to be registered and current in System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of award. SDVOSB is required to perform a minimum of 15% of the construction work on the project with its own labor force.
