Renovation of a multi-residential development in Ottumwa, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
This is an invitation to submit a proposal to Ottumwa Housing Authority for Tuck Pointing at Westgate Towers 910 West Second Street, Ottumwa, Iowa. All contractors submitting proposals must be registered and licensed with the State of Iowa. Contractors must be insured at a minimum of: public liability with bodily injury and property damage limits of not less than $1,000,000/$500,000/$50,000 to protect the Contractor and each Subcontractor against claims for personal injury or death and damage to the property of others. This shall cover the use of all equipment, hoists, and vehicles on the site. Davis-Bacon Labor Standards apply.
