Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Marina, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
For furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and other items necessary to execute the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Sculpture Garden project. The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Sculpture Garden is located at the Marina Library at 190 Seaside Circle in Marina, California. This project includes installation of new paver pathway and decomposed granite walkway and plaza, new drought tolerant landscaping, event lawn, relocated sculpture, and site lighting, and associated miscellaneous work for a complete Project in accordance with Contract documents. At the time of the bid opening, the successful Bidder must be legally entitled to perform contracts requiring a Class A General Contractors license. Any Bidder or contractor not so licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law including, but not limited to, any appropriate disciplinary action by the Contractors State License Board. Potential bidders, subcontractors and suppliers are responsible for reviewing the complete bidding documents, including all addenda, prior to submitting their bid.
