The City of Concord, hereinafter (CITY) is soliciting proposals for Construction Management and Materials Testing services for the following Capital Improvement Program (CIP) project: City Project No. 2424, Downtown Corridors Bicycle and Pedestrian Improvement Project The CITY will competitively solicit proposals and award a contract to the CONSULTANT with the most demonstrated competence and professional experience. No proposal will be accepted from or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears; or is in default to the CITY upon any debt or contract; or that is a defaulter, as surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the CITY; or has failed to faithfully perform any previous contract with the CITY. The Construction Management and Materials Testing services to be performed for the following project: City Project No. 2424, Downtown Corridors Bicycle and Pedestrian Improvement Project: The scope of the project is to construct pedestrian and bicycle related improvements within the Downtown area. There will also be paving, traffic signal, and landscaping work associated with this project.
