Renovation of a civil project in Montgomery, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the following major components: C.T. Perry WTP: 1. Sedimentation Basin improvements 2. Liquid Lime Facility modifications 3. Washwater Pump Station demolition/replacement 4. Wastewater Pump Station flow meter vault installation 5. Raw Water Pump Station improvements 6. New Carbon Dioxide Storage/Feed Facility 7. Generator Building improvements 8. MCC-1 Electrical Room improvements 9. Operations Building improvements 10. Plant fire safety improvements (CT Perry WTP and Hanan WTP) 11. Backflow prevention device installation 12. Window repair/replacement 13. The OWNER will only accept Proposals from contractors duly licensed by the Alabama State Licensing Board for General Contractors as required by applicable Alabama law, including without limitation Ala. Code 34-8-1, et seq., BIDDERS' Alabama General Contractor License Number shall appear on the outside of the envelope containing such bid prior to opening.
