Spartanburg Water will accept proposals for the installation of five (5) Stormwater Outfall Best Management Practice (BMP) features located at various locations adjacent to Lake Bowen in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. This project is partially funded by a South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC) Bureau of Water, Section 319 Nonpoint Source Program Grant. The project will include minor grading, installation of riprap and stone check dam devices and erosion control..In its sole discretion, the Spartanburg Water reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.It is the policy of Spartanburg Water that local Minority and Women Owned Enterprises(MWBEs) shall be afforded the opportunity to participate fully in the overall procurement process of Spartanburg Water. The installations will include the items listed on the attached Proposal Form (Attachment B).
