Plans call for an interior upgrade of the existing hamburger restaurant according to the latest Garden Grill standards. Scope includes, but is not limited to: front counter, serving area, dining areas, new finishes, ceilings, lighting, electrical, final equipment hook-ups, kitchen/support areas will receive new tile grout, signage installation, fryer & broiler hood, ducting and rooftop mechanical equipment & HVAC rooftop units, exterior walk-in freezer cooler, fire alarm & panel. 1. The project consists of all materials and labors to upgrade the existing Burger King according to the latest "Garden Grill' Burger King standards as approved by Burger King and the EXCHANGE with a limited scope. 2. Renovation of all front counter, serving area and Dining areas to include new finishes, ceilings, lighting, electrical, and final equipment hook-ups. 3. Tile grout in the kitchen/support area to be replaced. 4. New Finishes as required by Burger King "Garden Grill' specifications as modified by the EXCHANGE. 5. Installation of EXCHANGE supplied equipment and signage (as indicated on the drawings) and final connections of all equipment. NOTE: The GC will be responsible for FINAL equipment hook up and testing of ALL equipment regardless of supplier. 6. Coordination with all Exchange vendors on installation of Exchange Supplied/Exchange Installed equipment, signage, furniture and finishes. 7. Replacement of the Fryer Hood, Broiler Hood and associated ducting and rooftop mechanical equipment. 8. Replacement of the HVAC rooftop units. 9. Replacement of the Exterior Walk-in Freezer Cooler by the Owner's Vendor and coordination with the General Contractor. 10.
