Site work and paving for a civil project in Tyendinaga, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The general intent of this project is (to the extent the fixed funding budget will allow) complete all work identified in this tender. In the event tender pricing is such that the entire scope of work cannot be completed the awarded work will be modified as necessary at the discretion of the Owner. In general, Part A of the project will replace existing road and municipal services on North Street from Mill Street to Brant Street for approximately 300m. Works include the following: - Replace existing asphalt driving surface. - Install Sanitary sewer and its apparatus. - Install Watermain and its apparatus. - Install water and sewer services - Drainage improvements. In general, Part B of this project includes the installation of a new watermain along a portion of Bell's Road, as well as water services, valves, hydrants, and all restoration to match existing conditions. Works include the following: - 2210 metres of watermain - 27 water services - 5 gate valves and boxes to surface - 11 fire hydrants - All associated restoration to match existing conditions Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com Question Acceptance Deadline: 2022/12/12 02:00:00 PM EST
