CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 12/15/2022 9:00 AM Hydrated Lime, As Needed Annual Requirement, Spokane Solid Waste Disposal, Waste To Energy Facility (WTEF), City Of Spokane.Annual Estimated Quantity 710 - 1775 Tons More Or Less. Always maintain a 30% fill-level in the back end silo, would anticipate deliveries of 38.5 tons every 3 - 8 days depending upon fluctuating usage levels. Vendor must be able to provide As Needed Pump-out Services of WTEF Storage Tank. The proposed contract shall be for a year one (1) year period. Contract renewals or extensions, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of the City. The contract may be extended for four (4) additional one-year contract periods, subject to mutual agreement, with the total contract period not to exceed five (5) years.
