The Owner is soliciting proposals for qualified bidders to perform work on various portions of the project. Triangle Associates, Inc. is the Construction Manager for the Owner under an Adviser Agreement. Specialty contractors are being solicited at this time for the following: 051 - Steel 061 - Carpentry and General Trades 092 - Drywall and Interior Trades230 - Mechanical 260 - Electrical Bid bonds are required. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check/money order in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bidder's base bid. See instructions to bidders for more information. NOTE: Proposals not accompanied by bid security as described herein will be deemed incomplete and will not be posted publicly. It is required that all subcontractors can furnish payment and performance bonds for this project and that the cost for such bonds is included in the base bid As required by State Law (P.A. 232 of 2004) all bids shall be accompanied by a sworn andmnotarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner and/or any employee of the bidder, and any member of the Board or the Superintendent of the District. The Board shall not accept a bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. As required by State Law (P.A. 517 of 2012) all bidders shall certify that they are not an Iran linked business by noting so on the proposal form Bidder Requests for Information ("RFI") shall be submitted to the office of the Construction Manager, Triangle Associates, Inc., at 3769 Three Mile Road NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49534.
