The City of Safford, Arizona (City) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and Experience from professionals to provide master planning and design of a park complex including phasing and construction plans, bid documents and specifications, bidding assistance, and technical assistance throughout construction. Prospective firms are required to notify Andi Lindsey, alindsey@saffordaz.gov of your contact information, including email address. This will allow the City to inform you of any changes, addenda, and clarification that may be made. All submittals will be evaluated based on criteria explicitly covered in the RFQ documents and on compliance with the request. The firm must supply all information required by the RFQ. The City reserves the right to waive any informality and minor irregularities in the submittals and select the firm deemed, in the opinion of the City, to be in the best interest of the City. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
