The scope of this ITB is to establish contracts for the purchase, delivery, and other inherently related activities to procure fire hydrants (any approved manufacturer) and Mueller Company (only) fire hydrant parts, in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions set forth in this ITB. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted. Contract Term and Renewal Option: The Contract term shall commence on the Contract Effective Date and remain in effect for one (1) year. The City, at its option, may extend the Contract for up to one (1) additional one-year extension unless the Bidder objects in writing at least ninety (90) days prior to the beginning of the extension term.
