The Work under this project consist of replacing the schools HVAC water source heat pumps with hot gas reheat dehumidification type manufactured by Trane of similar type and capacity and upgrading controls as required by Schneider Electric to work with existing equipment. A new stairwell water source heat pump will be added and connected into the existing condenser water system. Project Location: 3131 Ironbound Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23185 A new ductless split cassette unit will be added to computer room for supplemental cooling with condenser mounted on roof. Piping and ductwork will be modified and added. HVAC will be testing, adjusted and balanced. HVAC will be commissioned; this commissioning firm will be hired by the Owner. Roofing work includes, but is not limited to, adding condensing unit equipment support and piping curb, where this includes an existing roof warranty that must be maintained. Electrical work includes, but is not limited to, disconnecting the mechanical equipment to be demolished and connecting the new mechanical equipment. Panels and breakers will be added or modified as required to accommodate the revised electrical loads. Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, tools, traffic control, testing, transportation and all other miscellaneous appurtenances and work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the Contract Documents, Drawings and Specifications.
