Stamford Community Development Office (SCDO) will be accepting sealed bids from General Improvement Contractors on behalf of Rowan Center located at 1111 Summer Street, Stamford, CT 06905 for the Interior Fit-Out of (2) Office Spaces at 1111 Summer Street, 2nd Floor Commercial Building Location. Contractors must have related experience, UEI/Dunns number and be registered with electronically and be licensed in the State of Connecticut. Contractors also must have General & Workmans Compensation Insurance for the project. The City and Rowan Center reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informality in the bidding. ALL Contractors that submitted a bid will be notified via email with the bid results. This bid is subject to Community Development Block Grant regulations, Section 3, Federal Equal Opportunity Laws and Davis Bacon Wage Rates apply.
