Site work for a road / highway in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
This work will include relocation of the signal cabinet at the intersection of Kansas Ave & SW Topeka Blvd in Topeka and all other work shown in the plans. Bids will only be accepted by Contractors that are pre-qualified by the City of Topeka Any questions or concerns can be directed to Laramie Moore at (785) 274-3651, or by e-mail, lmoore@ksturnpike.com. Proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of bid and made payable to the Kansas Turnpike Authority as guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and give a performance bond as required if awarded the contract. The award of each contract shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Standard Specifications of the Kansas Department of Transportation, edition of 2015, and will be based upon the summation of the products of the unit prices and the approximate quantities. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularity therein, to determine which is the lowest responsible bid most suitable to the Authority.
