Rockingham Community College is accepting proposals for open-end (annual) design services agreements in the following disciplines: Architectural and Engineering. Agreements are for use on minor projects on an as-needed basis for an initial one-year term. Agreements can be extended for one additional year. A separate letter of agreement will state project scope details for each project identified for services to include a negotiated design fee. The college will select up to three firms (Architectural and Engineering each) according to selection committee criteria. Duly qualified design professionals may submit proposals for the following disciplines: Architectural, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. Please submit one (1) hard copy and one (1) electronic copy of current SF 254 form with the required letter of interest and the information package. The information package (not including the Letter of Interest or SF-254) shall not exceed ten (10) 8 1/2 " x 11" pages, stapled in the upper left-hand corner. Do not include any notebooks, binders, tabs, clips, etc. Separate submittals are required for each discipline listed or for multi-discipline firms. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
