Separate sealed Bids are solicited for the following project: Project Name: 3,000,000 Gallon Standpipe (Tank #3) Exterior Repaint with Containment And Miscellaneous Repairs If you have any questions, please contact Michael Mondschain, Finance Director; The structure is a 3,000,000 gallon standpipe with a 64 ft. diameter and a 129.5 ft. high-water level located at 2039 Foster Avenue in Wheeling, Illinois. Note: This project name is to be understood to include the entire scope of project as defined and detailed by these specifications and Contract Documents. Upon opening and examining the submitted Bid Proposals, the Village anticipates awarding the Contract for the Work on the Project to the Bidder (or Bidders as the case may be) determined to be the lowest responsible Bidder. The Village of Wheeling reserves the right to waive any irregularities, technicalities, informalities, and other nonmaterial variances contain in any Bid Proposal and to reject all Bids. The Village reserves the right to hold any received Bid Proposal for a period of ninety (90) days from the opening date set forth above.
