For ROFA Grading Improvements Project at the Habersham County Airport Bidding documents may be examined at the Habersham County Finance Department, 130 Jacobs Way, Suite 302, Clarksville, Georgia 30523 and at the Office of the Engineer, Lead Edge Design Group, Inc., 300 Parkbrooke Place, Suite 100, Woodstock, GA 30189 during normal business hours. Allow 24 business hours for processing of bidding documents in digital format (pdf), and 72 business hours for processing of a printed set of bidding documents upon the Engineers receipt of payment. Bidders are required to obtain the bidding documents directly from the Engineer at least 24 business hours prior to the Bid Opening. No bid will be accepted from a bidder whose name is not included on the Engineers Plan Holders List. Bidders are required to submit all questions in writing to purchasing@habershamga.com. The deadline for bidders questions is 5:00pm on Wednesday, January 4th, 2022. All Bidders must be licensed as required by the State of Georgia. The work generally consists of grading.
