Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Mound, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
For the removal and replacement of a roof for The State of Louisiana, Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism, located at Mound Welcome Center, 836 Interstate 20 Westbound, Tallulah, LA 71282. The job is to be performed in accordance with the enclosed scope of work and specifications For any bid submitted in the amount of $50,000 or more, a bid security (insurance company, bank money order, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to "State of Louisiana - Department of Culture Recreation and Tourism") must be included with the bidder's submission in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including base bid and additive alternates, if any) and shall become the property of the agency in the event the contract and bond are not executed within the time set forth in the bid solicitation. Failure to do so will remove the bid from consideration.
