Properties directly benefiting from the project include 5117, 5129, 5130, and 5141 Commercial Circle, all within the mapped limits of the Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA). This project is located within Commercial Circle, an Industrial collector level street in the northern portion of the City of Concord, situated between commercial properties at 5129 and 5130 Commercial Circle. This project is in included in the City of Concord FY 2022-2027 CIP.
