Tenders in sealed envelopes bearing the mention "Felling, stump removal and shredding of ash trees as well as the elimination of ash residues present on the territory of the City of Coteau-du-Lac (AO #2022-15 )" and addressed to the undersigned This call for tenders is subject to the ACCQO and the ALEC. For any technical or administrative information relating to this call for tenders, please communicate in writing to Ms. Chantal Paquette by fax at (450) 763-0938 or by e-mail at graft@coteau-du-lac.com. No information will be given over the phone. The City of Coteau-du-Lac does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and incurs no obligation towards the tenderers. The City disclaims all liability for losses, costs, damages or other that the tenderer(s) may suffer or would have suffered for the preparation and presentation of tenders. The City of Coteau-du-Lac also reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part, if it sees fit.
