Renovation of a municipal facility in Brandon, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Project consists of the alteration of Existing Electrical Lighting, Data systems within the main assembly area of the multipurpose room within the City Hall Building as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications Owners Bid Number 2022-28; Architect's Project No. 21-076; Brandon Civic Center Renovations; Replacement of existing lighting within the assembly space (i.e. big room) at City Hall. Lighting replacement includes fixtures, controls, raceways, conductor. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00.2113 - Instructions to Bidders and Document 00.3100 - Available Project Information. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
