As of May 19 , 2023, bid opening delayed due to lack of bidders. No definite date for the rebid. For one (1) cdbg scattered site housing rehabilitation The jobs consist of a new roof, some foundation work, insulation, installation of new HVAC system, electrical work, plumbing work, floor covering installation, interior painting, as well as other carpentry work. Contractor shall cut and remove the large tree including the stump growing at the left rear of the house being careful not to damage adjacent properties. Haul away tree, limbs, brush, stump and all debris from tree. Fill in the area with good top soil and seed areas with Fescue 31 grass seed. Fertilize and cover with straw. Co-ordinate tree removal with the area drain at Garage retaining wall. Contractor shall remove and replace existing area drain and pipe at corner of the garage retaining wall. See attached floor plan for exact location. Contractor shall use a minimum 8" diameter pipe either Schedule 40 or Schedule 80 whichever is available and the most cost effective
