SCOPE OF SERVICES Stormwater Infrastructure Comprehensive Plan : The primary goal of this project is to create a Stormwater Infrastructure Comprehensive Plan to determine ownership and maintenance responsibilities as well as condition of stormwater infrastructure prone to flooding within the Tideflats. This information will help inform Inter Local Agreements between Port and adjacent jurisdictions, determine maintenance responsibilities, and estimate maintenance and replacement costs to upgrade priority Port of Tacoma stormwater infrastructure over the next 10 years. All tasks are on as “as-needed” basis. The Port of Tacoma anticipates awarding a 1-year contract to begin September 1, 2023, with one (1) one (1)-year option for renewal at the sole discretion of the POT, for a possible total of two (2) years. This project does include a grant from Pierce County Flood Control District Zone (FCDZ) Grant. Therefore, the contract that results from this RFQ will be subject to the Pierce County FCDZ Grant. Written questions about the meaning or intent of the Solicitation Documents shall only be submitted to the Procurement Department via the Procurement Portal. The POT reserves the right to accept or reject any or all information in its entirety or in part and to waive informalities and minor irregularities and to contract as the best interest of the POT may require. The POT reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals submitted as non-responsive or non-responsible.
