A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project includes a Sitework Construction Contract to perform the work associated with the Playscape Reconstruction at the Madison Central School District. The Board of Education, above named, reserves the right to waive any irregularity and reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit, with his Bid, security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and attached wage rates schedule to be paid under this Contract. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within forty-five (45) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The Board of Education further reserves its right to disqualify Bidders for any material failure to comply with the "Instructions to Bidders".
