The Town of Vaiden is soliciting bids for the replacement of two (2) manufactured homes and rehabilitation of five (5) housing units with the town HOME grant (#1231-M19-SG-280-371). Bidders shall submit a bid for the cost of construction. All bidders shall know that the Town Board shall accept the lowest and best bid. Bidders must comply with Section 3 of the HUD ACT of 1968, the Anti-Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and the Presidents Executive Order No. 11246.
