Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Scope : The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary to provide a fully complete structure in accordance with normally accepted construction practices and specifications. The boat ramp extension shall consist of grading, stone base, reinforcement, concrete, v-groove finish, rip-rap stabilization along sides and end, site clean up and associated work in accordance with the plans and specifications. Construction of a 14'x30'x6" reinforced concrete boat ramp as an extension of the existing boat ramp to include grading, stone fill, concrete, reinforcement, v-groove finish and rip rap. Liquidated Damages the amount of $ 250.00 for each calendar day
