A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Federal EDA Grant Number (01-79-15225) The project is a new restroom facility for Riverfront Park, located at 701 Sophia Street Fredericksburg, VA. The restroom shall have separate, ADA-compliant mens/womens facilities. The project includes furnishing a precast concrete restroom building, placement on the Owner-supplied concrete pad, final connections of electric, water and sewer, and passing final inspections by City Inspectors at the site. This project includes: the design, code permitting, manufacture, and installation of precast concrete men's and women's restrooms, approximately 16 wide x 26 long. All plumbing and electrical fixtures and utility connections to be included. The project budget is $100,000 to $150,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project is funded through a Federal EDA grant and Federal regulations apply to the project, including the contractor being registered on the SAM.gov website prior to contract award.
