Remodeling of a municipal facility in Williamsburg, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.

Documents available at Pre-Bid Meeting only. Sealed Proposals for the following work will be received by the Whitley County Fiscal Court in the manner and on the date hereinafter specified for the furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, services, etc., necessary for the remodel of the exterior of the old Whitley County Courthouse. All Bids shall be marked on the sealed envelope "Exterior Repair & Painting" Replace several wood rotted areas in various locations around all four sides of the eves atop the roof line. Re-caulk all windows and reseal all vents around the courthouse and replace all light bulbs in the courthouse eves and replace damaged chandelier, cleanout and clear all gutters, seal down spouts, repair any concrete damage to the building, place a boot or other seal for the coaxial cable coming into the building PAINTING: Painting project includes all columns and bases, all panels and eves. Conflicts of interest, gratuities and kickbacks are defined in KRS 45A.445 and as provided for in KRS 45A.445 are absolutely prohibited. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid for 90 days after the date the bids are opened. Any bid received after the time specified shall not be considered and will be returned unopened to the bidder. Whitley County reserves the right to waive any informality and may reject any and all bids. Whitley County is an Equal Opportunity Employer
