Renovation of a municipal facility in Knoxville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Scope : The work consists of minor repairs on the concrete columns supporting the concrete canopy of the Corporate Services Building. Steel impact angles at all columns are to be cleaned, ground smooth, and coated with three coats of epoxy coating. Concrete repairs on identified columns, and pressure injection of epoxy into identified ceiling cracks. Q & A deadline: Dec 06, 2022 4:00:00 PM EST Cut off for questions at 4:00PM, December 6, 2022 The outside of the sealed box / container / envelopes containing the response shall be clearly marked with the bid name, bid control number, bid due date and time. All communications concerning this project shall be addressed to Kaci Julian at kaci.julian@kub.org. CONTRACTOR and OWNER agree that as liquidated damages for delay (but not as a penalty), CONTRACTOR shall pay OWNER $500 for each calendar day
