Construction of a four-storey 50-unit municipal housing building with an outdoor parking. The new building will be located at 8565 boulevard Levesque-Est, Laval (QC) including three land parcels under the numbers 1 980 118, 1 980 119 and 1 980 120. The new building will also house a community room adapted to the clientele who will reside there. The target clientele are vulnerable people with mixed profiles, families, couples and single people. TIMELINE: Working drawings are complete. Tender for general contractor for construction of this project has been issued and is followed in the report under CRM ID name Construction of 50 Housing Units in Laval - Habitation Coalition De L'est. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
