Phillips House Parking Lot Improvements. The Salem Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for Phillips House, Parking Lot Improvements Project, the Housing Type: 705-04 Development for the Salem Housing Authority in Salem, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Bobrek Engineering & Construction. The Project consists of: Removal and replacement of Asphalt surfaces including 2-1/2" binder and 1-1/2" top course, parking lot striping, striping of a no parking area, remove and reset fencing, remove and replace bollards, reset catch basin frames and covers, and any other work as shown on the drawings. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the Salem Housing Authority. Deposits must be a certified or cashier's check, or money order. This deposit will be refunded for up to two sets for general bidders and for one set for sub-bidders upon return of the sets in good condition within thirty (30) days of receipt of general bids. Otherwise, the deposit shall be the property of the Awarding Authority.
