The bid request for the2023 year is for grading, road patching, back-hoe work, right of way mowing, brush cutting, snow removal, removing tree limbs overhanging District roadways, and any other work deemed necessary by the Crane Creek Special Road District Road Commissioners of the right of way for approximately 33 miles of roadway. All District roadways within the boundaries of the District other than Highway 248, D, JJ, and TT are to be considered as part of this bid project. The contractor will be expected to provide equipment sufficient for the job of grading, road patching, backhoe work, right of way mowing, brush cutting, snow removal, removing tree limbs overhanging District roadways, and any other work deemed necessary by the Crane Creek Special Road District Road Commissioners for the District Roads. Contractor is expected to remove any brush or tree limbs obstructing the roadway or right of way and dispose of the same. The contractor is required to carry liability and any other required insurance in sufficient amounts (as determined by the Road Commissioners) for coverage of any damages caused by the contractor to property of any other person or the Road District. Evidence of sufficient insurance maybe required by the Road District Commissioners prior to successful acceptance of this bid. The Crane Creek Special Road District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for any reason.
