The Orlando Housing Authority is seeking bids from qualified, licensed, and insured entities to provide all, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, permits and inspections to replace the roof coverings and underlayment to approximately 19,000 square feet of variably pitched roof, 2400 square feet of flat roof and 315 square feet of barrel roof, on a three story senior residential facility and conference center located at 301 Hillside Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32803 (Villas at Hampton Park). Contractor is to confirm all dimensions and measurements and provide shop drawings where applicable. Bidder/respondent is encouraged to visit the project site to verify conditions, and to attend a pre-bid conference. Change orders will not be approved for foreseen items overlooked by the bidder. The owner has rejected all bids on this project and will rebid it in the future.
