Bid 2022-08 the City of Humble is Requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals to Solicit Statements of Qualifications, Technical Approach and Pricing From Interested Firms Capable of Providing the Replacement of the Gutter, Downspout, and Rake Trim of the Entire Humble Civic Arena Building. Included in This Bid is the Removal and Disposal of the Existing Gutter, Downspouts, and Rake Trim. Further Proposal Instructions, Bid Requirements and Specifications Will Be Included in the Bid Specification Packet. Questions Concerning the Proposed Service Contract, Discrepancies or Omissions in the Solicitation Document or Other Clarifications of Such Matters Should Be Submitted in Writing No Later That 4:00 P.m. It is the Sole Responsibility of the Bidder to Insure That His/her Bid is Actually in the City of Humble Chief Financial Officer's Office Prior to the Expiration of the Time and Date Above First Written. Upon Consideration of the Proposals, the City Council Plans to Award a Contract; However, the City Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Any and All Formalities and Technicalities, and to Accept Any Bid Which It Deems Advantageous to the City. Each Bidder Agrees to Waive Any Claim It Has or May Have Against the Consultant, the City, and Their Respective Agents and/or Employees Arising Out of or in Connection With the Administration, Evaluation, or Recommendation of Any Bid.
