Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fulton, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This City of Fulton Project COF 21-07(TAP-2700(510) and Project COF 21-07 MoDOT (J5S3591) shall be constructed concurrently by the same general contractor under the same contract. All work within public right of way shall be, in compliance with the current Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction. This project consists of the construction of approximately 1442 linear feet of curb & Gutter, 900 linear feet of sidewalk, 9ea. Stormwater inlets, 650 linear feet of 12" Polypropylene pipe, and 185 linear feet of 15" Polypropylene pipe along the Southeast side of South Bus 54. All work within public right of way shall be, in compliance with the Missouri Standard Specifications of Highway Construction. The City of Fulton hereby notifies all bidders that if will affirmatively ensure that in any contractor entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry, or national origin in consideration for an award. All bidders must be on MoDot's Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, 2021, Third Edition including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. Contractors and sub-contractors who sign a contract to work on public works projects shall provide a 10-Hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning word on the construction project. The DBE Goal for this project is 7% No 2nd tier subcontracting will be allowed on this project. A certified cashier's check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The minimum of the State Prevailing Wage Requirements, or Federal Wage Rate, whichever is higher, for the project area shall be paid for all crafts used on the project MODOT - South Bus 54 Highway Improvement All questions concerning the bid document preparation and Project specific questions can be directed to the Kyle Bruemmer, P.E.
