A. Work covered by this section of the specifications shall conform to the contract documents, engineering plans as well as state and local codes. B. The purpose of these specifications is to define the performance and design standards for the Athletic fields. The manufacturer / contractor shall install lighting equipment to meet or exceed the standards set forth by the criteria set forth in these specifications. C. The primary goals of this sports lighting project are: 1. Provide all electrical indicated on the electrical drawings and install the owner furnished sports lighting system. Lynn High School and Winston County High School Athletic Field Lighting Upgrades A cashier's check or bid bond payable to "WINSTON COUNTY SCHOOLS" in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract.
