DPW Project 21464 Diesel Lab HVAC Modifications, NMEC, College of Western Idaho (CWI), Nampa, Idaho. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the installation of new packaged makeup air units with indirect gas-fired heat exchangers and DX cooling coils, utility exhaust fans, vehicle hose reels and all associated ductwork and accessories. All new equipment shall be connected to the existing DDC system. In addition, provide all electrical and plumbing connections as well as structural supports. Base Bid: The Base Bid portion shall include all work associated with Diesel Tech Truck Lab 1804. Add Alternate #1: The Add Alternate #1 portion shall include all work associated with Diesel Tech Heavy Equipment Lab 1803. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. This project is to improve the Diesel Lab Exhaust systems as follows: Install new vehicle exhaust reels and exhaust fans. Install new make-up air units w/ DX cooling and gas heating.
