Renovation work consists of removing and replacing part of the roof, reconfiguring bathrooms, replacing as well as adding ceilings, refreshing interior spaces, upgrading lighting and alarm system, and upgrading mechanical items. Project cost range is anticipated to be approximately $3 Million.
