Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Contract time- (60) Calendar Days Scope- The "Walnut Street Retaining Wall Improvements" consists ofthe improvements to the retaining wall located along the westerly side of Walnut Street between E. Park Avenue and Lakeview Avenue. Demolition of existing concrete retaining wall. Removal and replacement of 9"xl8" Concrete Vertical Curb, where indicated. Removal and replacement of Concrete Sidewalk, 4" thick, where indicated. Installation of 3" PVC Perforated Pipe, where indicated. Removal and replacement ofRegulatory and Warning Signs, where indicated. Resetting of existing iron and wood fences, where indicated. Removal and replacement of existing landscaping disturbed due to construction activities
