This project is subject to all Local, State, and Federal laws, rules and guidelines contained in the plans and specifications, including but not limited to payment of prevailing wages. These wage rates are available at the Alameda County Public Works Agency's office at 951 Turner Court, Room 300, Hayward, Alameda County. The contractor for this project must possess a Class A or C-51 license at the time this contract is awarded and throughout the construction contract duration.
