Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of an educational facility in Walters, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility.
The following bid packages are being rebid: 1. 6B - Millwork 2. 9E - Painting 3. 15B - Plumbing 4. 15C - HVAC 5. 16A - Electrical Project "A" - Middle School Renovation Project "B" - New Administration Building Project "C" - Roofing Repairs to Bus Barn All bids are to be addressed to the Owner with the name ofthe project and the bid package number noted on the exterior of the envelope and the words "SEALED BID ENCLOSED" on the face thereof. Note: If bids are mailed, use this address. Walters Public Schools, 418 S. Broadway Street, Walters, Oklahoma 73572. Bids may also be sent via UPS / Fed-X to same address or to Fenix Constructors, Inc. at 215 Drew St. S.W., Ardmore, Oklahoma 73401, with a 2:00 pm delivery time on Wednesday, December 14, 2022. A cashier's check, or surety bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount from each subcontractor and or material supplier who's bid exceeds $50,000, made payable to Walters Public School and Fenix Constructors, Inc., as a dual oblige bond, shall accompany the submitted proposal. All bidders for this project are required to meet all qualification requirements as established in these bid documents. Furthermore, each Bidder may not withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening of bids.
