(www.adtechsupply.com); the office of the City of Valley, Nebraska 203 North Spruce Street, Valley, Nebraska, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m; and the office of the Engineer, Eagle Engineering Group., 12100 W Center Road, Suite 803, Omaha, Nebraska 68144, Gregory Perry, PE, gregp@eagleengineeringgroup.com, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
