Site work for a water / sewer project in Lethbridge, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The specific objectives of this project are to design and construct flood berm improvements as outlined in the attached Flood Berm Upgrade Technical Memorandum completed in October 2022. These improvements are to include upgrades to the berm, fencing, landscaping, electrical service, and a new intake gate operating gearbox and actuator system. No upgrades to the gates or headgate structure are anticipated as part of this work. The scope for this project includes: Reviewing technical memoranda Preparing technical memorandums as required Completing geotechnical investigation and design Preparing geotechnical reports as required Preparing detailed design drawings for the proposed work Submitting detailed drawings for review at 70% and 95% Updating opinion of probable cost after completion of detailed design Preparing contract documents and specifications for construction tender Environmental approvals and permits Providing general and resident engineering during construction Providing quality assurance materials testing during construction (soil, concrete, asphalt) Preparing record drawings of the completed work Documents can be obtained from https://lethbridge.bidsandtenders.ca/ Bid values are undisclosed.
