Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for Sludge Hauling Services. The Workforce Investment Program applies to this contract. Refer to the Workforce Investment Program Requirements section for additional information. The Living Wage Ordinance applies to this solicitation and the resultant contract. Refer to Living Wage Ordinance Requirements section for additional information. Quantities listed on the Item Response Form are estimated for an Initial Term of two (2)years. The sum of all line items will be the Vendor's Initial Two-Year Contract Period/Term price. In order to be considered a responsive and responsible Vendor for the scope of work set forth in this solicitation, the Vendor must possess a specified license at the time of submittal (refer to Special Instructions for requirements). Each submittal shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount (refer to Bid Guaranty, Performance Guaranties, and Qualifications of Surety Requirements). The basis of award shall be to the lowest, responsive, and responsible Vendor by Group. Refer to Special Instructions for additional information.
