Following the Project GHG Options Analysis Methodology, the consultant shall investigate different solutions to decarbonize the parking garage. In addition to the guideline, the developed solutions will need to account for/solve other factors i.e but not limited to: end of life of equipment, operational challenges (lighting fixture integrity and control or other), electrical capacity and other ongoing projects. If applicable, the consultant will identify and support BGIS in any applicable incentive program for feasibility study (i.e Hydro Quebec) and identify/cost potential incentives for the decarbonization program that will follow.
