Sealed bids are invited for IFB #V211-23-027, the Gray-Minor Field Improvements project located on the Post of Virginia Military Institute in Lexington VA. The project is generally described as the replacement of existing natural grass turf with synthetic, artificial turf within the Gray-Minor baseball field complex.
