Renovation of a mixed-use development in Henryetta, Oklahoma. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Install a new IPbased solution for CCTV, Access Control and Video Door Intercom systems that is fully integrated. Sealed Bids addressed to the Owner and clearly identifying the project will be received at the Place of Bid until the Time of Bid on the Bid Date. B. Bidders may submit qualifications for approval with the Bid Submission. Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond or Cashiers Check in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount. All bids shall include all insurance and bonds required by Oklahoma laws and statutes for Oklahoma Public Schools capital improvement projects. Insurance Acord will be required of accepted bidder. All Bids must be submitted in line order manner that clearly identifies each specific item, number of units, and cost. Labor may be listed as one line item. Bidders should submit Bid in a manner that meets all requirement and scope of work. Bid is required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of Thirty (30) days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. Bidders are encouraged to contact OwnersRepresentative by email for additional information prior to 2:00 pm on December 13, 2022.
