Renovation of a municipal facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This solicitation is to establish a contract for services for replacement of a HVAC system to include the equipment, installation of new unit and removal of old unit . Install 40 ton, 460 volt 3 phase condenser and a 40 ton McQuay air handler unit that will most likely require onsite build out. "Off shelf' unit will not fit and will require some customization .
