For West Elementary Security Camera Replacement. The Wright City R-II School District is currently seeking proposals for an IP security camera system at West Elementary School The district is also interested in a IP based video decoder with HDMI output for the viewing of cameras on a monitor. This project is a "turnkey" solution that will include the purchase of IP cameras, NVRs, network cabling and terminations, labor and related material for the installation and configuration of said items to satisfy the needs and requirements as outlined in the specifications of this RFP Vendor must provide a certificate of liability insurance for $1,000,000 naming Wright City R-II School District, 90 Bell Road, Wright City MO, as an additional insured. When the School District has tentatively selected a bidder, it may request a meeting to formulate plans in greater detail, to clarify unclear areas, and to otherwise tie up loose ends prior to the formal award of bid. Prices of items bid will not be raised or lowered during these meetings, although the total price of the contract may be affected by modifications in service requirements. At any time during these meetings, the School District may choose to modify its choice of a selected bidder if the results of the discussions make such change to be in the best interest of the School District. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bid awards will not necessarily be made on the basis of price alone; suitability to purpose, design, quality, past service, ability of vendor to deliver in a timely manner, or any other factor deemed to be in the best interest of the District may also be considered. The District shall be the sole judge of these factors. In all instances, the decision rendered by the Board of Education shall be final and not subject to contest by others.
